Beads for Trade (ACTS)

I have glass, wood, stonish, shell, and hemalyke beads for trade. These are all larger beads (I don't know what sizes). Here are some pictures:

What I've been working on...

Well, I've lately been working on some crazy quilting blocks and seam treatments for the CQI build a seam challenge. They've been going pretty well.

The week eleven build a seam was a pyramid button hole stitch. Here are a couple pictures...

The week 12 BAS stitch was a beaded feather stitch. Here are pictures for that one:

Overall, the stitching has been going pretty well. And, it is pretty fun as well.

It sure has been a while!

Just like the title says, it sure has been a while since I posted. The picture posted above is just one of the shots that I have from when we went to Brazil.
I'm currently deployed, so haven't been doing much in the way of quilting. Over the past few months, I have visited Rio and Valparaiso and of course, San Diego. We'll be in San Diego for a bit, so I'm checking out the things to do around here.

I do want to put in a plug for (those in the San Diego area) a fantastic coffee's called Lestat's coffee house on Adams Ave. Let me tell you, this is the best coffee I've had in quite some time!! (And free wifi too, which is how I am updating my blog right now!)

Well, tata for now.
